The Holiday Table

Food and family are the heart of the holidays
and the holiday table is the heart of the home.

Each season I'll suggest some easy ideas for your Holiday Table, from food to decor, to make your meal festive and flavorful with far less work leaving you more time with loved ones and less time in preparations and cooking.

Table Decor: You don't need alot of fancy decor to make your table festive. Some placemats or cloth napkins can add color and elegance. Try using the evergreen branches trimmed from your tree or from the yard and putting them in a lovely vase or pitcher. Wrap a red ribbon around and you've got a great centerpiece or something to give any spot in your home some seasonal color. I've also added some ivy and holly that grows wild on my property for a mixed green bouquet.
